Australia

Delivery within Australia takes 1-3 business (VIC and NSW), 4-6 business days (other states and country).

International

We ship worldwide. We ship by air mail from Australia, it usually takes 10-12 business days (USA & Asia), 8-12 business days (UK), 10-18 business days (Europe) from time of shipment to arrival. Due to international customs it can take up to 20 working days.

ECI - Express Courier International

We also ship via ECI -Express Courier International (2-3 business days delivery worldwide) from the day of shipment. If you need your boots sooner and this is an option that you would prefer, please choose Best Way (ECI)shipping. Once shipped we will email you a tracking number which can be tracked via
www.auspost.com.au or www.usps.com (US customers only)

Insurance

Please note that some countries do not provide or allow insurance with airmail shipping and can only be shipped via EMS. The following countries are:

Return Policy

We stand by our 100% Genuine, made in Australia sheepskin footwear!

We will provide a refund if you return the goods (not worn or damaged) less any freight costs for any items that were received damaged or not as ordered*. Within 30 days of receipt. Please choose the size carefully by using our measurements as a guide. If you are not sure please contact us.

We will exchange the footwear for incorrect sizing less any freight costs. If returning the footwear we recommend air mail, this will take 5-12 business days as opposed to surface mail which can take a lot longer. You must e-mail us prior to returning or exchanging any items and inform us of the reason. We will then give you the contact point for the return.

It is the discretion of UGG Boots Australia to refund less any freight charges for returns outside of this policy and this may attract a 20% re-stocking fee.

*Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute "not as ordered" please contact us via e-mail prior to your purchase if you have any doubts or queries.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.
