» How long does my order take to arrive?
We normally ship by air mail from Australia, it usually takes 8-12 business days from time of shipment to arrival. Due to international customs it can take up to 20 working days. Please contact us to find out when your order was sent by e-mailing customerservice@uggbootsaustralia and provide your order and contact details.
Please take a look at the information in our "Sheepskin Boots - Care" page.
Our genuine sheepskin footwear is resilient to the basic elements but if they do get very wet you need to let them dry in a shaded area away from the sun and rain. The outside of the sheepskin boot is a soft leather and is not waterproofed when you receive them, so they won’t withstand the harsh elements of heavy rain and snow for very long. Buying a waterproofing spray can help protect the boots from rain and snow. Please see your local store and ask for a soft leather waterproof spray.
We prefer to send your orders via air mail, however if you would like an alternate freight method (Express Mail etc..) please contact us for a quote.
Our outlet is located in Melbourne, Australia in the same factory where we manufacture all of our sheepskin footwear. For address details please look at "contact us". Alternatively our internet store is a great place to buy on line and be assured you will receive a fantastic range and great quality. Please have a look at some of our customer’s feedback.
We get this question regularly and the answer is NO! We sell our own products, manufactured here in Melbourne, Australia by our company, Binder Productions Pty Ltd. We produce a brand of sheepskin footwear called "Jumbo Ugg" and we are not affiliated to the US company that own the UGG Australia brand - called Deckers. The word Ug,Ugh,Ugg has been associated with a style (not brand)of footwear for many years in Australia so you will find many people advertising ug,ugg or ugh boots. The word ugg is found in the Macquarie Dictionary. Most of the UGG Australia™ production occurs in China and not in Australia.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your country. If you are unsure whether your parcel could be subject to any additional fees or duties you should contact your local customs or postal authority. Such fees are solely the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not covered by Ugg Boots Australia.
